Join to apply for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role at Unedisa Comunicaciones (RADIO MARCA).

Assistant Quantity Surveyor required to join leading civil engineering contractor based in the Horsham area. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally come from a civil engineering or groundworks background with some quantity surveying experience. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working with the Quantity Surveyor/commercial team managing the resources of a project lifecycle in order to ensure the success of the project outcome and maximize profit. Responsibilities include providing planning, provision and monitoring of commercial support and assurance to the Project Manager and the project delivery team, pursuing own professional development, and providing guidance and support to develop other commercial staff. Competency in all commercial duties from contract negotiation to procurement, variations, valuations, payments to final accounts is expected.
