Assistant Quantity Surveyor

My client is a reputable main contractor who is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London! Projects are mostly large residential schemes - new build and refurbishment. Their sustained growth makes this a very exciting time to join!

Ideal candidate:

1. Degree preferable
2. Ideally worked on residential projects (apartments/housing)
3. Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
4. Main contractor experience

Duties will include:

1. Reporting to Senior Quantity Surveyor
2. Involvement from the pre-construction stages through to final accounts
3. Being responsible for your own packages
4. The preparation of tendering documents
5. Involvement in the procurement stages
