Bennett & Game are currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking and dynamic Main Contractor based in Chichester. The company delivers high-quality construction projects both in the UK and internationally, offering a unique opportunity to work on diverse commercial projects ranging from £50k to £10M+. These include fit-outs, refurbishments, and design & build schemes across London, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Travel overseas for site visits (10-20 days annually) is optional, with the role adaptable to be fully UK-based to suit the candidate's preferences.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Job Overview

• Support the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare tender documentation and assist with procurement/logistics.
• Manage sub-contractors and consultants through project meetings.
• Assist with final accounts and CVRs.
• Primarily based in Chichester with optional international travel (10-20 days annually).
• Work closely alongside the Commercial Manager.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction (HNC, HND, Degree, etc.).
• 6+ months of industry experience.
