Assistant Quantity Surveyor
A chartered consultancy in Chesterfield is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to workload.
They operate mainly on the contractor side and offer Quantity Surveying support services to some of the UK's leading construction companies.
This is a great place to get exposure to a range of sectors. Their work stream is largely government refurbishment works including prisons, MOD, housing/commercial, and infrastructure.
Operating from a network of offices, the Chesterfield office employs 40 Quantity Surveyors, meaning you will have great support and expertise around you.

The role - Assistant Quantity Surveyor
You will be office-based in Chesterfield with site visits, working on the aforementioned central government works.
You will be looking after subcontractor accounts/payments, variation control, and valuations.

The right person - Assistant Quantity Surveyor
You will have 2 years plus experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Trainee Quantity Surveyor.
You will live within an hour's commute of Chesterfield.
Working hours are 8-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8-4.30 Friday.
