As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will:

Be involved in the preparation of tenders/estimates
Prepare variations/valuations
Liaise with site teams and maintain records
Assist with CVR's
Be involved in finalising accounts

Our client requires an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with:

Degree (or working towards) a qualification in Quantity Surveying
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Driving licence

Salary and benefits include:

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Company car or car allowance
Annual holiday entitlement plus bank holidays
Company pension scheme
