Assistant Property Manager

Maidenway Group is a property company based in North East London with a substantial portfolio located throughout London comprising a mix of commercial and residential properties. We are included in the London Stock Exchange 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2017. Established for over 30 years.

We are looking to recruit a Part Time Assistant Property Manager.

The ideal candidate must be professional, diligent, adaptable, motivated, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the Property Manager with the Rent Portfolio, including:
2. Inputting of new lease information, sending out rent and insurance invoices, and following up with reminder calls until payments are collected.
3. Assisting with lease enquiries & other commercial & freehold property related matters.
4. Assisting in day-to-day filing, re-organising, and the smooth running of the department.
5. Reviewing and dealing with emails/mail relating to commercial, freehold, and insurance matters.
6. Providing attention to detail, being committed, reliable, and organised.
7. Having good computer skills.
8. Working well as part of a team as well as individually.
9. Having some previous experience in property administration, even though training will be given.

Minimum Requirements:

Annual Salary: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Part-time hours: 32 per week

• Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
