Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

Our client, a Construction Consultancy with offices in Northampton, Bristol, and Birmingham, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team in response to ongoing growth and a substantial project pipeline. This role will be primarily based from their Northampton office, focusing on commercial sector projects - particularly industrial units and commercial buildings - alongside schemes in education and leisure. The Assistant Project Manager will operate client-side, overseeing various facets of project delivery and collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and the cost management team.

Assistant Project Manager Position Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £30k - £40k DOE
• Car allowance (enhanced for hybrid / EV's)

Assistant Project Manager Position Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in the Construction Industry
• Must hold a Construction Management degree or similar
• Full driving licence
• Based within reasonable commuting distance of Northampton and happy to travel for projects
