Job description
I am currently in need of an Assistant Project / Contracts Manager for a London / Essex based main contractor to be working on projects within residential, healthcare, education and commercial sectors within London and the home counties ranging in value from 500k to 5 million.
Key duties will be:
Isolation Tracker & process - generating and maintaining.
RFI issue sheets & Tracker - generating and maintaining.
Organisation of client/consultant inspection/witnessing/sign off process.
Snagging / Defects - collating information/maintaining trackers and assisting in closing out.
Quality Control paperwork process.
RAMS - generating Logan RAMS and maintaining register/distribution as required.
H&S - involvement in the administration process with the IAuditor system.
Daily Diary / Site Allocation sheets - assisting SM in maintaining these.
Site Induction process - involvement with this and keeping records.
Commercial record keeping - helping surveying team with keeping record information as required.
Site attendance records - ensuring registers are maintained as required.
Programming - short term looks ahead and liaison with supply chain to meet required programmed dates.
Materials requirements - help quantify and process orders.
Client liaison - acting as an interface with the client team, involvement in weekly client meetings.
Ongoing site admin etc. - involvement in the varied day to day site administration/planning etc. aiding the site team.
