About the Assistant Production Manager job
The purpose of your role will be to assist senior management in optimising daily shop floor operations, ensuring top-tier quality, exceptional customer service, and cost efficiency.

Key tasks

1. Support senior management in achieving daily production goals and resolving shop floor issues.
2. Lead team meetings, manage production plans, and provide detailed shift reports.
3. Assist with personnel management, including disciplinary matters, grievances, and promoting a positive work culture.
4. Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping in production areas.

About You
The successful candidate should have relevant experience within a similar role in food manufacturing.

Leadership experience in a food production environment is highly desirable.
