HIRING (Potentially!) – Assistant Producer / Editor

Ursus Productions Ltd is looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Producer / Editor with a strong background in development to join our team. This role requires someone who is confident in shaping stories, finding compelling contributors, and developing ideas into strong pitches.

We’re looking for someone who has worked extensively on contributor-led content, understands how to bring real stories to life, and can help craft engaging narratives. A solid understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro is essential with experience of creating attention grabbing sizzles, tasters, and pitch decks - Canva / Keynote / InDesign or similar.

The role is based in Bruton, Somerset. Being passionate we’re particularly interested in candidates who are local.
