Are you an Assistant Planner looking for an opportunity to fast track your career and join a market leading regional contractor on D&B projects across a range of sectors?


Due to continued growth, my client, a forward thinking and market leading regional contractor, is looking for an ambitious Assistant Planner to join their dynamic team. You will be joining their division that specializes in building high-rise, student accommodation, retirement living schemes, and care homes typically ranging from £5m - £15m. The initial project will be in Sheffield with future projects across Yorkshire.


You will be joining a close knit team reporting directly to the Senior Planner and Planning Manager. You will also be part of my client's exciting strategic growth plan to increase turnover in the next couple of years.


My client is one of the UK's leading construction groups with a proven track record of delivering across multi-sector projects including high-rise residential, commercial developments, student accommodations, care homes, and retirement living, ranging from £2m - £90m.


Experience Required For An Assistant Planner:

  1. The successful candidate must have a career history and track record of being an Assistant Planner within a construction environment and have worked on similar projects.
  2. Track record of project delivery.
  3. Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
