Starting salary up to £39,376 per annum including Saturday morning overtime. Access to a bonus scheme of £4,000+ per annum if minimum targets are met. Overtime paid at time and a half. Full in-house and manufacturer training. 22 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays. A workplace pension scheme. Assistant Parts Manager required for Automotive long-established franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership located in Cardiff.

We are recruiting for an Assistant Parts Manager for our Client's bodyshop. As an Assistant Parts Manager for our Client, you will be responsible for assisting in leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary on offer for this Assistant Parts Manager is £43,376.

Assistant Parts Manager Person Specification:

1. Hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience at a supervisory/senior level.
2. Assist in managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts.
3. Achieving parts sales volumes and profit objectives.
4. Motivating and developing the Parts Team.
5. Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department.
2. Oversee the effective management of all parts and consumable stocks.
3. Recruit for Parts Team Members.
4. Maintain standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
