About you-
Extensive experience in estate and facilities management, with a strong emphasis on full soft service delivery.
In-depth knowledge of managing high-value contracts and supplier relationships, from implementation through to ongoing management.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
Comprehensive understanding of UK Health & Safety regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards.
Proficient in analysing data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and service improvements.
Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Solid financial acumen, with a track record in budget management, cost control, and driving cost-effective service delivery.
Relevant qualifications in soft service facilities management, health and safety, or a related field (e.g., IOSH certification); an SIA License is highly desirable.
