What you'll do

The role of the Assistant Online Merchandising Manager is to put the customer at the heart of our digital experience, ensuring that customers can find products they are looking for with ease while also discovering more of our amazing product that makes them want to come back time and time again within their owned categories.

  • Executing the onsite merchandising strategy, working closely with Commercial and Marketing departments to align on delivery. Managing the e2e journey for on-site updates, ensuring aligned plans to wider marketing campaigns and priorities from the central .com planning team.
  • Ensure campaign moments are delivered seamlessly on site with aligned copy, imagery and tone of voice and gives the customer the best on-site experience possible, driving conversion during our peak campaign moments.
  • Using data, ensure that we are driving traffic to the right categories and executing the onsite merchandising strategy for these campaigns.
  • Using data to recommend improvements to the on-site journeys and make recommendations for execution campaigns to drive performance.
  • Drive innovation and make use of best possible modules and functionality to drive department performance.
  • Manage monthly department landing page briefs and updates for both UK & IE homepages - aligning to priorities across trade, marketing and customer mindset.
  • Executing the onsite merchandising strategy for your area, using data to drive changes to sort orders and optimise PLP's.
  • Assisting the trading team with daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure pages are optimised effectively.

Who you are

  • Passion for onsite merchandising and improving the customer journey.
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • A strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to use data and insight to constantly improve the customer journey.
  • Team player.
