Office Administrator Position

An exciting opportunity has come up within a well-established law firm who require an office administrator to handle a varied role and who require someone to be flexible and attentive.

Duties to be expected include:

  • Administrative support with facilities management, HR, compliance.
  • Dealing with suppliers.
  • Assisting with front of house.
  • Ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Logging and recording invoices and bills.
  • Organising events and setting up meeting rooms.

The role would ideally suit someone with previous experience of the above. Exceptional communication and IT skills are needed alongside a driven and positive attitude. Working in either a law firm or another professional service would be preferred but it is not a requirement. This is a fantastic chance for someone who is looking for a long-term career in an operations/support orientated position.
