Salary: £26,500 + Monthly Bonuses | Realistic OTE £27,500+
Hours: 39.5 hrs per week | Monday to Friday | 9am-6pm | Reduced hours at weekends

What You'll Do

As a Supervisor, you'll be a role model for the team and help deliver a standout in-store experience. You'll:

1. Lead by example and deliver excellent customer service
2. Support the management team with store operations
3. Motivate the team to meet KPIs and maintain brand standards
4. Ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment for customers and staff
