As an Assistant Manager, you won’t just assist; you’ll be a key part of our leadership team in store. You will be able to lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver KFC’s world-famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What You Will Be Doing As An Assistant Manager

• Supporting the day-to-day management and operation of your unit and colleagues, including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety, and recruitment.
• Responsible for driving consistent high-quality customer service
• Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress, and overall performance.

What Skills & Knowledge You’ll Need

• An understanding of maximizing profit by driving sales and controlling costs
• An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
• Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
• An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high-volume retail or catering brand environment
• An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in an effective and timely manner.
