Job description

A family owned Fiduciary and Fund administration business are seeking to appoint an Assistant Manager to act as a key point of contact and lead for a portfolio of clients under the direction of a Manager.

In this role you will be expected to provide accurate, well-presented client deliverables across their portfolio as well as supporting the wider Fund Team.

You will need to hold or be studying towards a recognised professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA), ACCA, ACA and/or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in fund/ fiduciary administration. You will also need to have the ability to understand and interpret fund documentation, GFSC regulations, including the Protection of Investors Law and anti-money laundering regulations.

You will need to be a pro-active, self-starter, with the ability to work independently and accurately under pressure, with excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy skills, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
