Job description

Excellent role assisting and supporting the Management team with the administration and management of Fund structures, liaising with lawyers, tax advisers, other administrators, and regulatory authorities regarding transactions; overseeing client queries including NDAs, Bid Letters, Engagement Letters, and Comfort Letters; reviewing and authorising payments; assisting with KYC and due diligence requests; carrying out due diligence on new and existing investors; dealing with Compliance related matters; managing execution of documents and signing of checklists/packs; assisting with investor query flow and responding to complex queries; supervising, training, and developing staff; preparing and reviewing board materials for board meetings; attending and presenting at board meetings; assessing and monitoring risks and production of controls to mitigate risks identified.

The successful candidate must be professionally qualified in CG (ICSA)/equivalent with real estate/private equity administration exposure; advanced administration, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail; team player who is flexible and proactive, able to work under pressure and to deadline manage workload and prioritise; excellent MS Word and Excel at intermediate; excellent communication, relationship and leadership skills; strategic thinking; tact and diplomacy.
