Key Responsibilities for an Assistant Manager:

1. Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store targets.
2. Deliver an outstanding retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
3. Help manage daily store operations, including stock control and visual merchandising.
4. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
5. Train, motivate, and develop the team to ensure high performance.
6. Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Keyholder, or Team Leader within a retail environment.
