Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Store Manager in driving store performance and hitting sales targets
2. Motivate, coach, and develop the team to deliver top-tier customer service
3. Take ownership of day-to-day operations including stock management and visual merchandising
4. Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance
5. Help with recruitment, training, and developing new starters
6. Step up and lead the store when needed, especially during peak trading periods

About You:

1. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in retail
2. Strong people skills with a passion for leading and developing others
3. Proactive and commercially minded - you're always looking to improve performance
4. Organised and adaptable with great time-management skills
