Key Responsibilities for an Assistant Manager:

1. Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store targets.
2. Deliver an outstanding fashion retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
3. Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
5. Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance.
6. Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Keyholder, or Team Leader within a fashion retail or store management environment.
2. A proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets.
