What You'll Be Doing:

1. Assisting the Store Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the store.
2. Leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
3. Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times.
4. Driving sales through strong retail knowledge and a customer-first approach.
5. Taking on responsibility in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations and high store standards.
6. Supporting in recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.

What We're Looking For:

1. Previous experience in a retail or assistant management role, ideally in fashion retail.
2. A genuine passion for fashion and a strong understanding of retail trends.
3. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
