Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and develop your team to achieve retail excellence.
2. Sales Target Achievement: Drive store sales performance, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
3. Customer Experience: Ensure a fantastic shopping experience for all customers.
4. Visual Merchandising: Implement displays that attract customers and boost sales.
5. Store Operations: Support the Store Manager in running the day-to-day retail operations.

Experience & Skills:

1. Proven experience in retail, ideally as a Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
2. Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Excellent customer service and team development abilities.
4. A background in fashion or accessories is a plus.
