About The Role
As Assistant Bar Manager you’ll be the face of the bar – responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing a tight-knit team, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver a warm, welcoming guest experience.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, particularly of Cask ales, Cocktails, Wines, and spirits.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and deliveries in line with business needs.
- Ensure all licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene regulations are followed.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on events, seasonal promotions, and menu pairings.
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset.
- Training and staff development to build a confident and capable team.
