Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Drive sales and performance by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
3. Ensure the store is well-presented with engaging displays that showcase products effectively.
4. Take responsibility for stock management, ensuring availability and quality control.
