On Target Earnings £37,500*

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our fantastic team and be part of our new opening.

Our new Heartwood Inns, The Prince of Wales will open in Barnet in Spring 2025.

The Prince of Wales, Barnet (opening Spring 2025) is currently undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment to showcase a 40-cover bar, a 104-cover dining room, and refurbished terrace, with a total of 84 covers for outside dining.

Assistant Manager - The Ideal Candidate:

• Will have a great presence and a vibrant personality
• Assist the General Manager and able to demonstrate leadership skills
• Be a real team player who thrives on motivation and empowering your team
• Will have experience in running busy operations and overseeing large teams
• Ability to maintain high standards across all areas of the business
• Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, staff retention
