About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. You'll be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the development of your team. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in leading the retail team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs
Coaching and developing team members to help them reach their potential
Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
Managing stock, implementing promotions, and supporting product launches
Ensuring the store delivers a customer-first experience at all times
