About the job Assistant Management Accountant (Interim)

Our client, a fast-growing global technology platform headquartered in Sweden, is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Interim Management Accountant within their expanding team in London.

The accountant will be an articulate part-qualified accountant, with fantastic attention to detail and accuracy. We are looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn new skills, and a drive to develop with a growing company.

The successful candidate is likely to have a strong academic and analytical background as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.

Some key responsibilities would include:

  1. AR invoicing and credit control.
  2. AP process, coding and payments.
  3. Bank and credit card reconciliation.
  4. Revenue and invoicing control and bi-monthly reporting.
  5. Expenses processing.
  6. Payroll processing UK.
  7. Financial analysis of revenue/costs.
  8. Meeting month end reporting deadlines (day 1, 2, and 3).
  9. Ad hoc report production.
  10. Benefits administration.

For the role we would like you to have:

  1. Part Qualified/studying towards ACCA / CIMA / QBE.
  2. Excellent Excel Skills.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Adaptable and a self-starter.
  6. Good stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
  7. QuickBooks experience is desirable.
