Are you a driven and dedicated Assistant Management Accountant eager to excel within a thriving business, offering a positive and friendly working environment, with hybrid working? Look no further!

Sheridan Maine are recruiting for a talented Assistant Management Accountant to join a fantastic team.

This role offers a hybrid working pattern of 4 days working from home and 1 day in the Poole office.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant will include:

  • Assisting with the production of the monthly management accounts
  • Supporting the financial reporting process
  • Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Collaborating with budget holders and stakeholders as a business partner
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Journal processing
  • Providing variance analysis

Key skills and experience of the Assistant Management Accountant:

  • Part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to establish and build relationships across the business
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and present information clearly and concisely
  • A collaborative and solution oriented mindset
  • Advanced Excel skills
