Are you a detail-oriented finance professional eager to develop your analytical skills in a dynamic and growing business?

We're looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a forward-thinking organisation, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

The Role

As a key part of the finance team, you will:

1. Assist in financial analysis and forecasting to support business growth.
2. Prepare reports, track KPIs, and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
3. Support budgeting and financial modelling to drive strategic decisions.
4. Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
5. Collaborate with various teams to improve financial processes.

What We're Looking For

1. AAT or part-qualified ACCA or CIMA.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial modelling).
3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Previous experience in financial analysis or a similar role is desirable.
