Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations – with the goal of taking full ownership of accounts over time.
- Support the budgeting process and contribute to cash flow forecasting.
- Assist in providing detailed financial analysis to support key business decisions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive the implementation of best practices within the finance team.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy during audits.
- Assist in the implementation of a new company-wide system to enhance efficiency.
