Monday - Friday – 37 hours – Hybrid

Key Skills:

• Strong IT and analytical skills, particularly in Excel; knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Experience providing financial support in an operational environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with operational teams and manage workload.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data.

The Job:

• Support month-end activities and prepare reporting packs, including journals, variance analysis, and data input.
• Manage invoicing of costs to other BAE entities, ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely recovery of passthrough costs.
• Collaborate with business unit operational teams to ensure efficient processes and financial controls.
• Report to senior management on intercompany debt and cash forecasting.
• Support the production of key financial data and ad-hoc projects as required.
• Drive continuous process improvement and assist with governance requirements.
