We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Logistics Administrator to join our client's vibrant team.


What You'll Do:

  1. Assist in coordinating and managing logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  2. Processing Import and Export reports.
  3. Support the logistics team with administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and inventory management.
  4. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and provide updates.
  5. Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
  6. Help with preparing reports and analysing logistics performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  5. Previous experience in logistics is ideal.
