An established industry player is seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support and foster a culture of empowerment. This role involves nationwide travel and working closely with senior management to implement HR policies and enhance employee engagement. You will play a key role in managing high-risk case work, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Annual salary: up to £40,000.00

This role is home-based, with nationwide travel expected across Milton Keynes, Peterborough, South Cambs, Rotherham, Darlington, Leeds and Gloucester
Salary up to £40,000 plus car allowance
Fulltime / Permanent
40 hours per week Monday – Friday
About the role:
To support the Head of HR Operations in delivering a strategic HR service to senior managers and fostering a culture of empowerment within operational management. Actively contribute to the HR agenda and provide proactive support in implementing HR policies and procedures.
