Assistant Hotel General Manager, 5* Hotel, Fort Williams Scotland, £38k + accommodation

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Hotel General Manager to join this award-winning, luxury 5* hotel near Fort William, Scotland.

This truly stunning hotel has 17 bedrooms as well as an additional 9 rooms located across the grounds with incredible views over the surrounding countryside. With a Michelin star fine dining restaurant onsite as well as accommodating weddings and events, this is an incredible venue.

Responsibilities:

  1. Working alongside the Hotel General Manager to provide a first-class service to guests.
  2. Ensuring operational and financial targets are achieved.
  3. Hands-on in all areas when required.

Our ideal candidate would be:

  1. An experienced Assistant Hotel General Manager in a similar role and environment.
  2. Experienced within a small luxury 5* or 4* hotel (minimum).
  3. A strong leader and able to lead and manage a team.
  4. Hands-on and lead by example.
  5. Exceptional with customer service skills and attention to detail.
  6. Able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner.
  7. Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable.
  8. Flexible and willing with a positive, can-do attitude.
