To maintain displays in clinical/community areas with reference to the health promotion calendar.
To provide a professional telephone service to the public.
To ensure service user documentation/demographics are accurate.
To complete monitoring and statistical returns in a timely manner.
Referring all health and clinical inquiries to clinical staff.
Linking public inquiries appropriately to other professionals and services, e.g., for Plan B/emergency contraception, pharmacies, other clinic sessions, Chlamydia screening, C-card.
