Salary: Main Pay Scale:L11-15 £73,225.00 - £79,700.00 (based on 2024-2025)
Preston Park Primary School is looking for an innovative, committed, and outstanding Assistant Headteacher to join our team. The successful candidate will work as part of the school's senior leadership team, assisting in the promotion, direction, and oversight of high standards of teaching and learning, pupil achievement, and progression within our school. One of the core focuses for this role includes overseeing safeguarding and pastoral care within the school. Previous experience in both safeguarding and pastoral care within a school setting is essential. Please note that the successful individual will be required to be flexible and could be allocated to different year groups depending on the needs of the school in the future.
