About The School
Orchard is a three-form entry junior school on the Springfield Estate in Milton Keynes with capacity for 360 children across KS2. In addition, we have a twenty-pupil place social communication department for pupils at both Orchard and Shepherdswell.
This position is open to applicants who hold teacher status, or those who are unqualified but would like to develop their career as a teacher and gain their QTS. The school is on a successful journey of rapid development which is having a significant impact on our staff and children. We are looking for a leader that places children at the centre of their decision-making role-modelling to staff how positive relationships underpin achievement and success for all. As a school, we are also committed to developing talent and provide the necessary support so that staff can achieve their aspirations and goals.
