An excellent opportunity has arisen for a non-teaching Assistant Head of Year to work with a specified year group in our well established and high performing pastoral department on a one year fixed term maternity cover. We are seeking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Assistant Head of Year to offer essential support to the Head of Year; organising and delivering outstanding pastoral care which will allow all students to reach their full potential in all areas.

Grace Academy Solihull is an 11 - 18 academy which has achieved outcomes that are consistently some of the best in the country when compared with similar schools.
