Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Maths department to achieve high standards in teaching and learning.
2. Collaborate with staff to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
3. Manage resources effectively within the department.
4. Drive school improvement initiatives related to Maths education.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status.
2. Successful and varied teaching experience.
3. Experience of managing resources effectively.
4. An outstanding and proven track record of leading school improvement initiatives.
