The Global Clients & Growth Markets (GC&GM) function is responsible for three teams:

Growth Markets which is responsible for client relationships and business development activities in Africa, Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Latin America. Global Banks which is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships globally with key banking clients including BNP Paribas, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, JP Morgan, Julius Baer, Standard Chartered and UBS. Global Consultants which is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships globally with key consultants including AON, Cambridge Associates, Mercer and Willis Towers Watson.

The role will require the individual to work closely with the Head of Global Clients and Growth Markets, the broader GC&GM team as well as other Assistants throughout the business.

This role is based in London.

What you will do

• Diary management and meeting organisation
• Manage a high volume of travel arrangements and process expenses
• Communicate and build relationships with key contacts and internal staff, respond to questions, and arrange calls/meetings as required
• Preparation of meeting material/presentations
• General ad hoc duties as and when required

What you bring

• Excellent all-round communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Must display exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Team-player but equally able to work on own initiative
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
• Fluent in English
• Experience providing administrative support to large teams and senior stakeholders
• Asset management industry experience is advantageous
• Advanced in MS-Office (Word, Excel as well as PowerPoint)
