This is a contemporary hotel, located in the centre of Cambridge, minutes from Kings College, the Fitzwilliam Museum and more. As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines.
You will join and lead our team in the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Conference and Events Department.
You enjoy leading your team, ensuring a smooth and efficient service throughout all areas. You will be dealing with all enquiries, resolving complaints and challenges as they arise whilst creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
