We are actively seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant for a well established and growing company in Manchester City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

  1. Working across a range of areas, with emphasis on the month end cycle (Prepayments, Depreciation, Accruals)
  2. Preparing VAT returns for all entities in the Group
  3. Financial accounting
  4. Intercompany transactions
  5. Assisting with budget preparation

Our client is looking for a candidate who:

  1. Has accruals, prepayments and depreciation experience
  2. Is either AAT qualified, currently studying AAT or currently studying CIMA or ACCA
  3. Has the desire to progress within finance
