Assistant Financial Accountant

We are actively seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant for a well established and growing company in Manchester City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

• Working across a range of areas, with emphasis on the month end cycle (Prepayments, Depreciation, Accruals)
• Preparing VAT returns for all entities in the Group
• Financial accounting
• Intercompany transactions
• Assisting with budget preparation

Our client is looking for a candidate who:

• Has accruals, prepayments and depreciation experience
• Is either AAT qualified, currently studying AAT or currently studying CIMA or ACCA
• Has the desire to progress within finance
