Job description

We’re looking for an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our incredible Finance Department!

The successful candidate will assist the shared services finance team with month-end reporting, financial forecasting, planning, and collaborating on IT-related activities within the Red Bull Technology Group.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Prepare financial reports with variance analysis and commentary.
2. Distribute financial data promptly.
3. Ensure accurate forecasting and compliance.
4. Build relationships with Budget Holders and prepare ad-hoc reports.

Reporting & Analysis:

1. Prepare and distribute monthly Management Accounts and create bespoke Management Information for Budget Holders.
2. Develop Power BI dashboards for financial accuracy.

Month End Closing:

1. Review costs, revenues, and financial data trends.
2. Manage brand, profit centre, and project allocations.
3. Maintain master data and adhere to allocation procedures.

Planning & Forecasting:

1. Collect and input data for Business Plan, Revised Estimates, and rolling forecasts.
2. Assist in long-term planning and forecasting.

Essential Competencies:

1. Newly Qualified CIMA/ACCA – with relevant industry experience.
2. Strong analytical skills and being able to manipulate large data sets.
3. Recharging costs within a complex group structure.
4. SAP, BI & Power BI experience.
5. Experience in supporting an IT or Shared Service department preferable.
6. Ability to Business Partner various stakeholders.
