Assistant Farm Manager – Brackley / Buckinghamshire - £35,000 DOE + Accommodation

The Job: We are recruiting an Assistant Farm Manager for a poultry farm in Brackley / Buckinghamshire. You’ll support the Farm Manager in daily operations, bird welfare, and site efficiency.

The Company: Our client is a long-established, family-run agribusiness operating across multiple locations. The Candidate:

• Previous poultry farm experience
• Strong work ethic and desire to develop skills
• Ability to assist with day-to-day operations
