Regenera Farming is a progressive arable enterprise formed of two family farms and contract farming, over 1,060ha. Environmental Stewardship and regenerative farming form a significant part of the business.

The Role

1. The Assistant Farm Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the business, managing a small team and reporting to the Farm Manager.
2. Operation of modern machinery.
3. Grainstore management on two modern, well-equipped sites.
4. Support budgeting, record keeping, compliance and machinery policies.
5. Working with the manager to develop and refine our regenerative farming techniques.

The Candidate

1. Ambitious, motivated and organised, with good people and communication skills.
2. An experienced arable operator, with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. PA1 & PA2 and telehandler certificates required.
3. Prior experience of regenerative farming / CSS / SFI Schemes is beneficial.
