Technical Engineer / Land Surveyor

Office based with site visits.

Standing out for their high-quality delivery on site, this groundwork and civils company are subcontractors to PLC housebuilders including Redrow, Persimmon and Miller Homes. Due to continued success, they have expanded their operations into new regions. They therefore have an opportunity for a Technical Engineer. Their projects are between £1-5m with a company turnover of £75m.

As a Technical Engineer you’ll be responsible for…

• 3D modelling for live sites to aid the engineering department (no previous modelling experience required, providing previous experience of AutoCAD/Engineering background).
• Undertake and produce Site Surveys.
• Measuring PDFs for take-offs.
• Fly drones for surveys.

Office based position with some site visits to validate topographical surveys and complete drone surveys.
