The Role
As an Assistant EC&I Engineer, you’ll provide support to EDF to enhance the lifetime of the power station and represent Cavendish Nuclear.

Day-to-day, you’ll provide technical fault finding and reporting, work pack specification, and oversight of maintenance activities. This role is part of the Cavendish Nuclear site team at Heysham A Power Station, working for the Site Manager, albeit embedded within the client (EDF) organisation where the individual will report day-to-day to the client.

  • Engineering delivery as per EDF requirements.
  • Compliance with site standards and expectations.

This role is full-time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Heysham A Power Station, Morecambe.

Essential Experience of the Assistant EC&I Engineer:

  • Technical fault finding.
  • Procedure/task instruction compliance.
  • Safe systems of work.
  • Compliance within regulated industry.

Qualifications for the Assistant EC&I Engineer:

  • Engineering degree preferred in relevant discipline.
